Hi! I like to tinker with tech stuff, ride bicycles, make movies, and build stuff.
In my day job, I make software for filmmakers. I'm also fortunate enough to contribute to the OpenTimelineIO open source project.
Vintage Tech Interests
My main interest is in non-Wintel 80s-90s computing. Below are some of the things that captured my interest:
- Classic Era Macintosh
- HyperCard - an early predecessor to the web
- Be Computers and Operating System
- SCUMM Games - especially Day of the Tentacle
I often like to meld my love of technology into art projects. Currently, I'm working on using the Retro68 toolchain to build an interactive experience with a Macintosh 512k as the user-facing frontend with a larger experience powered by a Raspberry Pi connected over serial.
